Our Vegas outpost of the refined, omakase sushi restaurant led by Michelin Star Chef Masa Ito and Chef Kevin Kim. The chefs will draw inspiration from the modern Japanese approach from the Downtown Manhattan restaurant where the chefs share their inventive interpretation on traditional sushi.
